Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand distribution in the future.
As each piece takes time to prepare, please allow at least 10 business days to ship your order. We are a small team and appreciate your patience!
Please make sure you include your complete address when entering it at checkout. This includes your apartment number and correct zip code. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at azepplin@gmail.com with corrected address and order number.
However, if mail carrier has already received package prior to correcting mistake, Zepplin the Label is no longer responsible for lost packages.
Once parcels are collected from our studio, they are then property of the specified mail carrier and we are no longer responsible for the replacement of the package. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages while in transit by the carrier. We are unable to provide a full refund for lost packages. However, each order sent with a tracking number to mitigate lost items.
Gold vermeil is a legally regulated term that refers to jewelry with a sterling silver base metal and a layer of gold plating that is at least 2.5 microns thick. Gold vermeil is superior to gold plated jewelry in terms of longevity, quality and value! It's personally our favorite material to work with. It's a wonderful option if you love a long lasting gold finish without the hefty price tag of solid gold, especially for larger and heavier designs.
A piece of jewelry that is gold filled consists of 5% solid gold that is mechanically bonded to the base metal (in our case brass). This mean that gold fill jewelry has up to 100 times more gold that gold plated jewelry. Also another great alternative to solid gold but a more affordable long lasting gold finish.
We love gold plated stainless steel. Especially for rings. It is just such a hearty material and will last forever. Price points for gold plated stainless steel are the best for long lasting gold plated jewelry.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective items. To start the return process please email us at azepplin@gmail.com, identifying order number, reason for return, and photographic evidence of defective item. Once the return has been approved please return the item within 14 days from the date you received item.
Items must be returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (please make sure you get a tracking number!) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products arrive at our studio, we will process the refund to you within 5-10 business days.
Defective Items
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged or deemed to have a manufacture's defect. Please note, any items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please send photo of defective item to azepplin@gmail.com.
Jewelery Care
Most of our items are gold filled or gold plated over brass, sterling silver, or stainless steel. To protect your items, we recommend removing your jewelry prior to exercise, showering, and swimming. Avoid contact with chemical, acids, and cosmetic products. Store your jewelry in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight and clean items with a soft cloth.
